Position: Sales and Collection Audit Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Collection Audit Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our sales and collection processes. The Sales and Collection Audit Specialist will be responsible for conducting regular audits of our sales and collection transactions, identifying any discrepancies or errors, and implementing corrective actions to improve our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular audits of sales and collection transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures

- Identify any discrepancies or errors in sales and collection records and investigate the root cause

- Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified issues and improve processes

- Collaborate with the sales and collection teams to provide training and guidance on proper procedures and policies

- Monitor and track sales and collection performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management

- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in sales and collection auditing

- Assist in other audit-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, preferably in sales and collection

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Willing to travel to different store locations as needed
