This position is responsible for handling and managing various customer inquiries from cross channel platforms like email, web chat, and Facebook with efficiency and accuracy. Handles and answers Facebook page inquiries, garnered from the Marketing efforts / activities that aim to promote brand visibility and sales.

Qualification:
