Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Local Store Marketing Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives aimed at driving store sales, increasing foot traffic, and enhancing market share.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
• Prepare reports on key initiatives, results, market updates, and action plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify sales and branding opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing programs and activities with Operations teams.
• Conduct store visits within your assigned cluster to ensure marketing activations are properly implemented and comply with visual guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Creative, results-oriented, team player with excellent communication skills.
• Strong focus on digital marketing strategies.
• Willing to travel as needed.
