Job Overview
We're looking for a dynamic Recruitment Marketing Specialist to elevate our talent acquisition efforts through strategic, creative, and data-driven marketing. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our brand and potential candidates, crafting compelling content, managing targeted campaigns, and showcasing our culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative recruitment marketing campaigns that drive interest and applications from qualified candidates.
- Manage and optimize job postings across social media platforms, career websites, and online job boards.
- Partner with HR and talent acquisition teams to align messaging and marketing efforts with current hiring goals.
- Develop quality content—job descriptions, blog posts, videos, graphics, and more—that communicates our employer value proposition.
- Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at recruitment events such as job fairs, webinars, and networking meetups.
- Monitor campaign performance and recruitment metrics to continuously improve strategy using data and insights.
- Stay informed on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Internship experience or academic projects in marketing, HR, or communications are a plus
- Familiar with social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Ads) is a plus.
- Strong communication and creative writing skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive mindset.
