Job Overview:

The role is responsible for identifying and developing the necessary skills and knowledge profile that every employee should possess, regardless of specialization. This means all employees are provided with essential skills that correlate with the organization's vision, mission, and values (VMV).

The role also entails a focus on such training areas as critical and creative thinking, flexibility, ethics in work, and lifelong learning that promotes alignment of the values of its people with that of the organization in pursuing WDI objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, curriculum design, or corporate training.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and employee engagement activities.
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms and proficiency in managing training modules.
  • Strong instructional design and content development skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in tracking and reporting training metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
  • Ethical decision-making and commitment to fostering a culture of integrity.
  • Creative and critical thinking in developing training programs.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
  • Willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City
