Role Description
The position is responsible for ensuring that assigned product lines resonate with both current and potential customers. This involves recommending and managing strategic plans and activities in collaboration with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Development, and Operations to enhance product awareness and market relevance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Continuously monitoring market trends and competitor products to inform brand direction
- Addressing customer complaints and after-sales concerns in alignment with company standards
- Supporting sales targets by ensuring product availability and maintaining optimal inventory levels across all stores
- Contributing to the achievement of business goals through effective brand and product management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (for hardware, electrical, plumbing, sanitary ware, and building materials), or Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design (for tiles, furniture, home décor)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in brand management
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in assigned products
- Research skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance data, and generate reports
- Knowledgeable in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of the retail industry and home improvement sector is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
