JOB OBJECTIVE

The position is responsible for allocation of domestic trade product for potential opportunity to sell in another store in accordance with company procedures and standards.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR

Key Result Area 1- Excess stock Analysis (Domestic Products)

Generates JDA report and consolidate data, e.g., Item description, item status, Selling Price amount, On hand balance, safety stocks, minimum presentation stocks, sell out etc.

Provide data for Category Manager for evaluation., e.g., product numbers of months available, average inventory, variances, overstock (if any).

Once approved, coordinate the information to Domestic Trade for stock transfer purposes. Provide a copy for product data maintenance subject to update status.

• Complete, Accurate and Timely

Key Result Area 2– Documentation

  • Facilitates proper documentation for excess stock report, inventory listing per supplier, per store and per category for Domestic Trade Consignment and Trade Outright.
  • Facilitates printing and scanning of report.
  • Organizes and file documents in their corresponding location.
  • Complete and Timely process

  • Performs other tasks that mutually agree and assign from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education

College graduate of Industrial Engineering, BS Accountancy or related to the job.
