Roving Product Technician

Job Objective

The Product Technician is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's product lines by diagnosing, repairing, and resolving building maintenance and product-related issues. The role ensures that products are functioning properly, safety standards are met, and customers receive reliable technical support and high service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of product units
• Conduct installation, testing, and inspection of products to ensure proper functionality
• Address electrical, plumbing and general maintenance concerns
• Provide technical support during product servicing, demonstrations, and fieldwork
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Maintain service records, inspection reports, and repair documentation
• Support customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional technical assistance

Job Qualifications

• College graduate or vocational course in Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical Technology, or related fields

• With strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Knows how to drive a motorcycle; with a valid drivers license is an advantage
• Willing to perform fieldwork and be assigned to Libis, Quezon City
