Purpose of SMS Communication
Whitton Recruiting collects mobile phone numbers for the sole purpose of sending SMS messages related to job applications, interview coordination, job opportunities, and recruiting updates relevant to candidates.

Consent / Opt-In Process
Users provide explicit consent by voluntarily entering their mobile phone number on a Whitton Recruiting application or intake form and affirmatively opting in to receive SMS communications. Submission of the form with this opt-in constitutes consent to receive text messages from Whitton Recruiting.

Opt-Out Instructions
Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. Upon opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent unless the user re-opts in.

Consent Recordkeeping & Compliance
Whitton Recruiting securely stores consent records for compliance purposes. These records include the user’s phone number, opt-in status, timestamp, and associated application data. All consent information is maintained in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection standards.
