Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Trial Attorney with strong experience in personal injury (plaintiff) litigation to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex personal injury cases from intake through trial, with the ability to manage a heavy caseload while delivering exceptional results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trials.

• Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and trial documents.

• Negotiate settlements and prepare clients for mediation or court proceedings.

• Represent clients in court, demonstrating strong trial advocacy skills.

• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar .

• 7+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required; trial experience preferred.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and courtroom presentation skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
