We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Licensed Site Professional with 10+ years of experience to join our team. This position involves the management of environmental due diligence and remediation projects and mentorship/development of junior level staff.

Location: Southborough, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing due diligence;
  • Management and oversight of investigation, assessment, and remediation of contaminated sites in accordance with regulations;
  • Work collaboratively with clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to achieve desired project outcomes;
  • Provide mentorship and training to promote the professional development of staff members;
  • Conduct site investigations to identify potential sources of contamination, evaluate risks, and develop remediation strategies;
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and permits during the remedial process;
  • Maintain and broaden client contact and relationships, including pursuing business development opportunities with new, current, and prior clientele;
  • Preparation and senior-level review of technical reports;
  • Stay up to date with changes in environmental regulations and guidelines; and
  • Serve as point of contact for clients, providing updates on project status.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related discipline;
  • Current Massachusetts LSP required;
  • Minimum of 10 years experience conducting due diligence and regulatory investigations and remediation;
  • Documented experience managing environmental projects of various size and scope;
  • Documented experience managing multi-functional teams, providing mentorship and development to junior-level staff;
  • Proficiency in communication and coordination with clients, regulatory officials, and other individuals;
  • Demonstrated understanding of environmental regulations, guidelines, and best practices;
  • Previous experience in MA, CT, NY, VT, and NH preferred;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including technical writing and report review; and
  • Excellent personnel management and leadership abilities;
