We are seeking a highly-motivated and skilled Environmental Senior Project Manager/LSRP with 10+ years of experience to lead and manage environmental investigations and remediation, due diligence, project planning and execution, business development, and mentorship to junior staff.
Location: Warren, NJ
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, design, and lead environmental efforts on project sites;
- Provide oversight, mentorship, and management of junior staff for specific project assignments, including environmental due diligence investigations and remedial activities;
- Prepare and review comprehensive technical reports for regulatory agencies and project stakeholders;
- Be the LSRP of Record for NJDEP regulatory cases;
- Develop and manage project proposals, cost estimates, and construction specifications for environmental investigation and remediation projects;
- Manage multiple projects and tasks within budgets, schedules, and deadlines;
- Maintain effective and professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and project personnel; and
- Maintaining and broadening client contacts and relationships including pursuing business development opportunities with new, current, and prior clientele.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field;
- Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP);
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Site Investigations, multimedia sampling (soil, groundwater, soil gas, air, etc.), remedial investigations and actions, and underground storage tank closure;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to clients and project teams; and
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Benefits:
- The estimated range for this position is $125,000.00-$175,000.00. Higher compensation may be offered commensurate with experience, qualifications, and established industry relationships.
