Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic Chief of Planning and Analyst to lead our planning efforts, develop performance indicators (KPIs), and foster cross-departmental collaboration. The role involves aligning strategies with organizational goals, managing team expenses, and providing actionable insights for the team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and measurable KPIs based on internal meetings.
- Execute management directives and policies, ensuring timely completion aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate on strategy planning, review, and adjustment across departments through regular meetings (quarterly, semi-annual, annual).
- Manage the PI/BA team within the assigned region.
- Coordinate with the regional sales team to ensure effective strategy execution.
- Monitor and control team expenses to ensure budget compliance.
- Develop and implement team development plans to enhance skills and performance.
- Conduct regular market visits and prepare insightful reports to benefit the team and clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in strategic planning, analysis, and team management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Proficient in developing and managing KPIs.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct market visits and produce actionable reports.
- Good command of written English for professional communication.
