About the job Digital Customer Service Agent
- Mainly answer customer inquiries by chat through marketplace platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms such as Facebook and Line OA.
- Answer customer product reviews and escalate to the related team and client if any urgent or complaint cases.
- Receive and solve customer cases if there are urgent cases or need escalation with a cross-function team or client must be transferred and reported correctly by email, call, and Internal chat.
- Attend Internal meetings every week to update the workflow or promotion brief and the agent will be randomly selected to summarize minutes of meeting for the team.
- Create orders for customers who subscribe to a monthly product. - Add points for a loyalty program member
