Whitelabel agency is a dynamic and innovative e-commerce enabler company specializing in planning and managing e-commerce businesses. We're a key partner with the TikTok Shop Partner Team, Shopee Certified Enabler, and Lazada Agency Partner Program. As an Enabler, we help businesses grow in e-commerce. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce team to join our growing business. You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering performance on TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee, as well as in building new initiatives to help us win in this market.

What do we need?

You will bring ideas to life through creative content that connects with audiences. From short-form videos to live streaming, youll craft engaging stories, stay ahead of trends, and collaborate with teams to make sure every piece hits the mark.

What you will do?

• Brainstorm and plan creative short-form videos and live content that align with brand goals

• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content with a fresh and engaging approach

• Host live streams, interact with audiences, and present content in an exciting way

• Analyze performance, track engagement, and refine strategies for better results

• Keep up with trends, viral content, and audience behavior to stay ahead of the game

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure content supports overall goals

What you will need? 

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• At least 1-2 years of experience in content creation, especially on TikTok or similar platforms. Fresh graduates are welcome

• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, audience behavior, and content strategies

• Hands-on skills in shooting, editing, and producing short-form videos

• Great communication skills and the ability to engage with viewers during live sessions

• Creative mindset, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure

• Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills

• Bonus if you're already a TikToker or have a passion for entertainment, music, or event vibes
