What you will do?

  • Set up media campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LINE Ads, TikTok Ads, Lazada Ads, and Shopee Ads. Ensure all targets, data, creative elements, objectives, and budgets are set up correctly to achieve KPIs

  • Execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms to meet campaign goals, research target audiences, analyze consumer demand, and identify keyword trends to shape media strategies

  • Report on campaign performance, analyze findings, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns to enhance results

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to brainstorm strategies, refine tactics, and deliver well-structured, brand-aligned media plans that resonate with key audiences

What you will need?

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital media planning, including Social Ads, Marketplace Ads, and a preference for TikTok campaign expertise

  • Background in trafficking digital media campaigns, ad operations, or a solid understanding of setting up technical digital media campaigns

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with independence and precision

  • Comfortable collaborating in a cross-functional team environment, building strong working relationships

  • A strategic, critical thinker who actively solves problems and works independently when needed.

  • Naturally curious, creative, and driven by passion for all things digital

  • Eagerness to embrace and master new tools and technologies while sharing knowledge with teammates

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys working autonomously

  • Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
