Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of E-Commerce Key Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability across key e-commerce accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key online retail partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure optimal product assortment, availability, and promotional activities on e-commerce platforms.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
Set performance targets for the team and monitor progress, providing feedback and coaching to ensure goals are met.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with e-commerce partners to maximize profitability and brand visibility.
Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall e-commerce strategies and drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends, competitor activities, and platform developments to keep the team ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in e-commerce account management, with at

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify) and digital marketing strategies.
