Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of E-Commerce Key Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability across key e-commerce accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key online retail partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with the marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure optimal product assortment, availability, and promotional activities on e-commerce platforms.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

  • Set performance targets for the team and monitor progress, providing feedback and coaching to ensure goals are met.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with e-commerce partners to maximize profitability and brand visibility.

  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall e-commerce strategies and drive traffic and conversions.

  • Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends, competitor activities, and platform developments to keep the team ahead of the curve.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

  • 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce account management, with at 

  • Proven track record of managing key e-commerce accounts and driving significant sales growth.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify) and digital marketing strategies.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategy.

  • Experience leading and developing a team, with a focus on performance management and professional growth.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and e-commerce management software.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
