About the job Creative Event
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design creative assets for event marketing campaigns, including event signage, promotional materials, digital content, and interactive displays.
- Collaborate with the Event Marketing team to develop innovative ideas that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Create visual content that supports the storytelling and messaging of event marketing, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
- Design and produce event materials such as banners, posters, flyers, and branded merchandise.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of creative materials.
- Assist in planning and executing experiential marketing activations, ensuring creative elements integrate seamlessly into the overall event design.
- Capture and edit photos and videos from events for use in post-event reports, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the creativity and effectiveness of event marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Provide creative support for ad-hoc projects and requests from the marketing team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years up of experience in a creative role, preferably focused on event marketing, experiential marketing, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various media, including print, digital, and experiential design.
- Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in photography, videography, and basic video editing is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support event marketing efforts.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for creativity and innovation.
