Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan and oversee project execution in the assigned area to ensure it meets the set timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate the project team to ensure smooth progress.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve potential issues and risks during project execution.
Field Coordination:
- Supervise and manage field resources, including task allocation to the on-site team.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and external agencies to ensure efficient project operations.
- Inspect the quality of work performed on-site and provide feedback to the team.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track project progress and status, including preparing weekly or monthly reports.
- Report project issues or delays to supervisors and propose solutions for resolution.
Budget Management:
- Monitor and control the project budget in alignment with the project plan.
- Review expenditures and approve payments as assigned.
Team Development:
- Train and develop the skills of field team members to maximize their performance.
- Support and motivate the team to ensure optimal work quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
