Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Plan and oversee project execution in the assigned area to ensure it meets the set timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the project team to ensure smooth progress.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve potential issues and risks during project execution.

Field Coordination:

  • Supervise and manage field resources, including task allocation to the on-site team.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and external agencies to ensure efficient project operations.
  • Inspect the quality of work performed on-site and provide feedback to the team.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track project progress and status, including preparing weekly or monthly reports.
  • Report project issues or delays to supervisors and propose solutions for resolution.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor and control the project budget in alignment with the project plan.
  • Review expenditures and approve payments as assigned.

Team Development:

  • Train and develop the skills of field team members to maximize their performance.
  • Support and motivate the team to ensure optimal work quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
