Job Profile:
The E-Commerce Operations Specialist will oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including order management, inventory control, and logistics. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our online store runs efficiently and that customer orders are processed accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with Key Account Manager to prepare and configure promotion mechanics in online platforms e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok and Brand.com.
Ensure products are always ready-to-sell and stock availability.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain Team and responsible for all items allotment to reach planned targets, avoid dead stock and minimize out of stock.
Coordinate with graphic design for all art works to generate brand impression and to create eye-catching content.
Researching market data, and monitoring competitors' promotions online.
Helping brand clients grow their sales on online channels as fast as possible.
Qualifications
1-3 years of working experience in any related field such as e-Shop management, Data Admin or Marketing.
Detail oriented, organized, systematic thinking and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in Computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
MS Excel knowledge such as pivot or vlookup.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Fluent Thai / Be able to communicate in English.
