Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Automation & Analytics Lead to lead our data-driven marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in analyzing user behavior, deriving actionable insights, and implementing strategies that enhance user engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing automation tools, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive marketing success.
Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing roles with a focus on:
Conducting A/B testing to optimize performance
Developing and executing marketing campaigns
Segmenting audiences for targeted outreach
Analyzing data to inform strategies
Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., WebEngage, Odoo, Marketing Cloud)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using automation tools to drive user engagement and conversion.
- Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior and campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and inform marketing strategies.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate and enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience.
- Segmentation: Develop and manage detailed user segmentation strategies to ensure personalized and targeted marketing efforts.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
