Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150 outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients.
- Book 2-3 appointments daily using an educational approach tailored to customer needs.
- Build and nurture your own book of business.
- Identify client concerns quickly, provide effective solutions, and de-escalate issues as needed.
- Use critical thinking to address client problems and determine the best course of action.
- Develop a thorough understanding of services and proactively apply this knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions while multitasking during calls.
- Meet productivity goals and maintain high-quality standards in line with call scripts and workflows.
Who You Are?
- 3-5 years of inside sales experience preferred, with home services experience as a plus.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills to address client needs effectively.
- Proficient in Google Suite and experienced with HubSpot.
- Comfortable with a pre-employment background check.
