Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations and trends, and actively engage with followers to foster a sense of community.
  • Plan and implement social media advertising campaigns to reach specific target demographics and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and inform future strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and implement innovative strategies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Moderate user-generated content and comments to maintain a positive and respectful online environment.
  • Monitor and report on social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • +4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
