Overview:

You will be responsible for executing the delivery of career counselling services under the guidance of the Career Counselling Consultant. This role involves CVs writing, LinkedIn profiles optimization, conducting job searches, applying for jobs, and providing interview preparation according to the clients plan.

Responsibilities:

Service Execution

  • Prepare CVs and cover letters tailored to clients career goals.

  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles to enhance clients online professional presence.

  • Conduct job searches and apply for jobs on behalf of clients.

Collaboration with Consultant

  • Work closely with the Career Counselling Consultant to understand client needs and expectations.
  • Follow the Consultant's direction to ensure that services are delivered according to the clients plan.

  • Provide updates and progress reports to the Career Counselling Consultant Consultant.

Data Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of all client data and service outcomes into the cloud database.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and service documents.

Quality Control

  • Adhere to quality standards and guidelines provided by the Career Counselling Consultant.
  • Conduct self-checks to ensure the accuracy and quality of work before submission to the Consultant.

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with other associates and the Consultant to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Assist team members as needed to meet client needs and deadlines.

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.

  • Provide suggestions for improving service processes and client engagement based on personal experience and client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in career counselling or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using career counselling tools and software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
