Export Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Operations Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, and customs clearance and will play a key role in managing and coordinating export shipments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination.
• Work closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure smooth export operations.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely departure and delivery, resolving any issues that arise.
• Maintain and organize accurate records of all export transactions and related documentation.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates and address any inquiries.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations, freight forwarding, logistics, or customs clearance.
• Strong understanding of export documentation, shipping procedures, and customs regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in logistics management systems and MS Office.
