Job Scope:
The HR Specialist plays a pivotal role in executing day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws, GOSI, and internal policies. This position is crucial for supporting the full employee lifecycle and maintaining smooth internal HR processes in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, terminations, and end-of-service settlements in line with Saudi labour law.
- Administer government relations duties: GOSI registration/updates, Muqeem portal, work permits, Iqama issuance/renewals, exit/re-entry visas, and sponsorship transfers.
- Oversee payroll data: manage attendance systems, fingerprint tracking, and liaise with finance for monthly payroll submissions.
- Handle employee health insurance operations: renewals, new additions, deletions, and claims.
- Coordinate with HRDF programmes such as Hadaf and Taqat for employee benefits and support.
- Maintain and update internal HR policies and ensure their registration and compliance with the Ministry of Labour.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and support employee training and development efforts.
- Track and manage employee leave, loan requests, and travel ticket entitlements with proper documentation.
- Issue official documents (e.g., experience certificates, salary letters), and complete Chamber of Commerce-related processes.
- Support organisational needs such as salary structure design, job title updates, internal events, and managing company assets (e.g., mobile lines, internet accounts).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of GOSI procedures and other Saudi HR platforms.
- Solid understanding of Saudi Labour Law and practical HR compliance.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Exposure to performance management and employee engagement practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in English is required.
