Job Scope:

The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company's human resource operations by handling day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and maintaining effective employee relations. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and attendance tracking.
  • Handle recruitment support tasks such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment offers.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage GOSI registrations, updates, and monthly submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and performance review cycles.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure company-wide adherence.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and assist in audits or compliance checks as needed.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2- 3 years of relevant HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with GOSI procedures and online platform.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor law and HR best practices.

  • Experience in handling recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
