About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing lead generation, nurturing campaigns, and customer engagement through cutting-edge automation strategies. This role is integral to driving sustainable energy solutions and strengthening our market presence through data-driven marketing initiatives.

As the in-house HubSpot expert, you will be responsible for CRM management, executing targeted email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, specialized reporting, and developing automation workflows that optimize marketing processes. You will also ensure seamless lead capture by integrating external lead sourcessuch as association website promotionsinto HubSpot using tools like Zapier.

A key focus of this role is to strategically repurpose existing marketing and educational content into tailored campaigns that engage specific customer segments, particularly cold leads. These initiatives aim to increase awareness of our value proposition and nurture qualified leads for transition to the sales team.

Success in this position will be measured by your ability to leverage automation tools, generate data-driven insights, execute strategic campaigns, and continuously refine marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a solutions-oriented mindset, a passion for achieving measurable results, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.


Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize HubSpot automation workflows, CRM strategies, and lead nurturing campaigns.

  • Execute targeted email marketing initiatives, audience segmentation, and contact list management.

  • Generate and analyze reports and dashboards, leveraging HubSpot data to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Integrate external lead sources (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, association website promotions) into HubSpot via Zapier & ZoomInfo.

  • Repackage and distribute marketing and educational content to engage targeted customer segments.

  • Ensure data integrity and maintain a high-quality contact database.

  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align automation strategies with business objectives.


Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation and CRM management.

  • Proven expertise in HubSpot, including workflow automation and campaign tracking.

  • Demonstrated success in executing email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and contact list management.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and deriving actionable insights.

  • Experience integrating LinkedIn Ads and external campaigns into HubSpot.

  • Proficiency in tools like Zapier & ZoomInfo for lead integration.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with other marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.

  • Knowledge of lead scoring models and advanced segmentation strategies.

  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and their integration into marketing automation.

  • Interest in AI tools to enhance marketing automation efforts.

  • Experience in managing large contact databases and maintaining data integrity.

  • Certifications in HubSpot, email marketing, or related fields.
