Our client is a powerful digital platform designed to elevate employee and client loyalty, well-being, and productivity by offering exclusive access to discounts, rewards, and e-gift cards from over 1,200 local and international merchants at more than 4,500 stores. They're currently looking for a Senior Product Analyst to drive data-driven insights that improve product performance, customer retention, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the initial KPI development for the Product Management Department, ensuring all product and business objectives are measurable.

  • Establish and maintain a framework for continuous KPI tracking, refinement, and optimization, ensuring that every product update or new feature has measurable KPIs in place.

  • Conduct deep analysis on product performance, user behavior, and feature adoption, generating actionable insights that directly impact product improvements and strategy.

  • Develop automated dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to product managers and leadership.

  • Work closely with data engineers and technical teams to ensure all tracking and event logging are correctly implemented and aligned with business needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to provide actionable insights.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to enhance product performance.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly validating analytics pipelines and reports.

  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Experience & Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis, preferably in fintech, SaaS, digital platforms, or loyalty programs.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data querying, manipulation, and automation.

  • Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, churn analysis, and predictive modeling.

  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Segment.

  • Strong understanding of customer lifetime value (CLV), retention analysis, and user segmentation.
