Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English and will play a key role in supporting their monthly marketing planning, managing influencer relations, writing copy, and scouting potential partnerships at events. Key Responsibilities:
Monthly Marketing Planning Support: Assist in developing and executing the monthly marketing strategy, ensuring all activities align with the overall marketing goals and objectives.
Copywriting: Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including emails, social media, blogs, and promotional materials. Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
Influencer Management: Manage relationships with influencers, coordinate campaigns, and track performance to ensure the success of influencer partnerships. Collaborate with influencers to create content that promotes the company's in an authentic and engaging way.
Event Partnerships & Scouting: Research, identify, and scout potential event partnerships that align with the company's brand. Assist in planning and executing sponsorships or collaborations to increase brand visibility and user acquisition.
Market Research: Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, competitors, and industry developments. Provide insights to support future campaigns and initiatives.
Content Distribution: Ensure timely and effective distribution of marketing materials across all channels, including email newsletters, social media, and the app.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the product, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and track the performance of app banners, notifications, emails, social media posts, and trackable links/promo codes. Provide regular reports on key metrics and offer actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Customer Insights & Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys or focus groups to understand user needs, preferences, and areas of improvement. Monitor customer sentiment on social media, app reviews, and other platforms.
Campaign Calendar Management: Assist in maintaining a detailed marketing calendar that includes campaign dates, influencer collaborations, events, and other key marketing activities to ensure smooth execution.
Customer Retention and Engagement: Support the design and implementation of customer loyalty programs or campaigns aimed at retaining existing users. Help create targeted, personalized marketing messages for different segments of the user base to increase engagement and retention.
Brand Management: Ensure that all marketing content, including copy and visuals, is consistent with the brands identity and guidelines across all channels
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech or app industry.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive content.
Experience managing influencer relationships and campaigns.
Proven ability to scout and develop partnerships, particularly in event marketing.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email
marketing, and content management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
