About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing operations, project management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our roofing projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Oversee all commercial roofing projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

Safety Compliance:

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any issues or obstacles and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to support business growth and expansion opportunities.

Continuous Improvement:

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve operations and services.

Qualifications:

• Proven years of experience in roofing operations, Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and protocols related to roofing operations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, Roofing Industry Certification, etc.) are a plus.
