Position Overview:

The field service manager will oversee operations, manage a skilled team, and ensure the branch's success in providing rapid and effective emergency response and restoration services. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on those affected by crises.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of emergency response and restoration professionals to foster a culture of excellence, safety, and commitment to the mission.
    • Ensure efficient and effective project execution to meet or exceed service standards and deadlines, with a focus on quality.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Ensure adherence to regulations and safety standards while fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
    • Implement performance indicators and metrics to monitor and improve project performance through data-driven decisions.
    • Represent the organization at community events and initiatives to enhance its reputation and presence.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.

    Requirements:

    • Five or more years of experience in emergency response, disaster recovery, or service industries is essential.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills are required.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining client relationships.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards is expected.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities should be demonstrated.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is required.
    • Availability for on-call duties is needed.

    Physical and Operational Requirements:

    • The ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs is necessary.
    • Frequent stationary positions and constant computer operation are expected.
    • Communication skills are required across various distances and formats.
    • A valid driver's license is necessary.
