Job Summary:

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the company's platform features, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on market research and user feedback.

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap to align with business goals and timelines.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product features.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for product differentiation.

  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of product features.

  • Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

  • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and feature development.

  • Ensure the product meets quality, scalability, and usability standards.

  • Create detailed product documentation, including requirements, workflows, and user stories.

  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Lead product launch activities, including marketing coordination and user onboarding strategies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices.

  • Develop training materials and provide support to teams using the product.

Key Decision-Making Powers:

  • Approves product feature priorities and development tasks.

  • Determines resource allocation for specific product initiatives.

  • Proposes and implements updates based on market and user needs.

Requirements:

Educational and Professional Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in product management or related roles.

  • Bachelors degree in Product Management, Business, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with project management software like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in product lifecycle management, including ideation, development, and optimization.

  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions.

  • Strong analytical abilities to translate user feedback into actionable product improvements.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to present product updates and strategies clearly.
