Position Summary and Essential Functions:

Seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a temporary project (3-4 months) to assist in contacting, scheduling, and following up with candidates for interviews and provide administrative support for the life cycle of recruitment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews for phone screen, and Zoom interviews across multiple time zones within North America using Zoom, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Provide timely follow-up on talent pipelines by managing our Applicant Tracking System and updating candidates via phone and email, monitor incoming emails from candidates and emails/TEAMS messages from hiring managers and interviewers during business hours
  • Communicate professionally and tactfully, treating all candidates with the highest level of confidentiality and customer service

Required Education and Experience:

  • An HS diploma or equivalency is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination experience.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Requires experience with high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Experience with scheduling panel interviews via Google Calendar and/or Zoom Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, Zoom, and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and be a strong team player.
  • Distinctive interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Discretion and sound judgment, with the ability to interact with all levels of candidates and employees.
  • Attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
