Role Overview

The client is seeking a senior-level Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of low-code and no-code solutions that power operational workflows, analytics, and reporting. This role will contribute to building scalable applications, automations, and dashboards that support the organizations digital transformation efforts.

This is a part-time, remote role (20 hours per week), ideal for an experienced developer who can operate independently and deliver production-ready solutions with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end business solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Build and optimize Power Automate flows to standardize processes, automate approvals, and reduce manual effort.
  • Automate complex approval workflows across departments.

  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility and report-ready visuals.
  • Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, scalability, and governance.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft licensing for organizational users, ensuring correct assignment, optimization, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide ongoing technical support as required.
  • Provide support, training, and documentation for end users, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Integrate different data sources to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
    

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in developing end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proven experience managing Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 licensing at an organizational level.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, permissions, row-level security, and governance concepts.
  • Experience building professional dashboards.

  • Strong understanding of business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Dedication to offering a high-value user experience backed by clean, well-documented guide.
  • Very good command of English.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity while delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.

  • Dynamics 365

  • Azure

  • Developed solutions in the construction industry in the past (preferred).

  • Openness to relocate to our office in the UAE in the future
