Position Summary
The Graphic Designer serves as a versatile creative engine for White Shark Media, balancing internal brand development with high-impact client deliverables. This role is responsible for executing creative requests for our clients while simultaneously driving the visual identity of WSM across all departments, including People Ops, Sales, and Marketing.
From designing pitch decks and sales collateral to developing assets for our internal CRM and swags, this designer ensures brand excellence for both our partners and our own organization.
Responsibilities
#1 Social Media & Google Ads Design (Client Services)
- Produce custom Social Media posts and Google Ads banners based on specific client requirements.
- This includes fulfilling design and redesign requests from the Client Experience team, ensuring all deliverables align with the clients marketing objectives and visual identity.
#2 Internal Designs for Promoting Culture and Engagement Activities
Create engaging designs that promote company culture and employee engagement activities.
#3 Sales & Marketing Collateral
Design and update marketing collateral, ensuring it is readily accessible and up-to-date
Design and keep case studies updated to support the Sales and Marketing teams
Apply partners' branding to white-label documents when requested.
#4 Pitch Decks & Presentations
Design PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations required by various departments.
Create and maintain presentations for webinars and events.
Develop and maintain an updated blank PowerPoint template for use by other departments.
#5 HTML Email Design
Create engaging email templates to be coded by the Web Developer and distributed through Pardot.
#6: Contribute to the development and implementation of new projects, activities, and processes that benefit the performance of the departments and the company
