We are seeking a SAP Cloud ALM Expert to support our S/4HANA on RISE program. You will be the go-to person for setting up, configuring, and operationalizing SAP Cloud ALM for project management, testing, and operations.

You will ensure that implementation projects, upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives are structured and monitored efficiently, providing real-time visibility, governance, and reporting for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• CALM Setup & Security: Onboard CALM tenants, configure landscapes, roles, and SSO integration; ensure security and proper access controls.
• Project & Task Management: Create and structure implementation projects, work packages, and tasks; align with SAP Activate methodology.
• Test Management & Release Readiness: Set up test plans, cycles, and cases; manage defects and release readiness dashboards.
• Operations & Monitoring: Enable business process, job, health, and integration monitoring; define alerting, escalation paths, and maintenance procedures.
• Documentation & Enablement: Produce SOPs, run books, guides, and dashboards; train teams (functional, technical, business) on CALM best practices.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in SAP ALM; 2+ years hands-on in SAP Cloud ALM (Operations, Test Management, Change & Deployment)
• Experience onboarding S/4HANA on RISE systems to CALM
• Practical knowledge of Business Process Monitoring, Job Monitoring, Health Monitoring, and Integration Monitoring
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder enablement skills
• Experience with SAP implementation projects

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Hours: Part-time, 2–4 hours/day (10PM - 2AM PHT)
