About the job Fullstack Software Engineer - Laravel & Vue.js
We are looking for Full Stack Software Engineers (Laravel & Vue.js) across Junior to Mid–Senior levels to join our growing team.
You will be involved in developing and maintaining full-stack solutions using Laravel on the backend and Vue.js on the frontend, collaborating with an international team. Whether you are a Junior developer eager to learn or a Mid–Senior engineer ready to take ownership and mentor others, this opportunity offers both growth and impact in a supportive remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using Laravel (backend) and Vue.js (frontend).
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Vue.js
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and improve team standards
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
- For Mid–Senior levels: contribute to system design, technical decisions, and mentoring junior developers
Qualifications:
- Experience developing web applications using Laravel and/or Vue.js
- Solid understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with REST APIs, MVC architecture, and modern web development practices
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams

Working Schedule & Flexibility:
Hours: 4 hours/day or 20 hours/week
Schedule Window: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AUS Time)
Flexi Hours: You may log in anytime within the AUS business hours, as long as you complete your 4 working hours per day.
