Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate with strong expertise in paid advertising and marketing funnels to help generate a high volume of qualified leads. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid ads, email newsletters, and other demand-generation activities.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and focused on continuous optimization to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels

  • Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy, targeting, and budgets to improve CPL (cost per lead) and lead quality

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations

Marketing Funnels & Conversion Optimization

  • Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels (ads landing pages lead capture nurturing)

  • Improve landing pages and conversion rates

  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns

  • Track funnel performance and identify drop-off points and opportunities for improvement

Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing

  • Create and manage email newsletters and automated email sequences to nurture leads

  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

  • Maintain email list hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and CRM systems

  • Prepare regular performance reports focused on lead volume, lead quality, and ROI

  • Use data insights to guide marketing decisions and strategy improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience running paid ads and lead generation campaigns

  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and lead nurturing
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools

  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools

  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms

  • Familiarity with B2B or high-ticket lead generation (if applicable)

  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
