Business Analyst (Insurance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive technical and functional specifications that align with product goals and customer needs.
• Act as a conduit between product development and engineering teams to ensure alignment on technical specifications.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner for non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in testing and validation of products to ensure they meet specifications and requirements.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product development.
• Support project managers in tracking and delivering on project timelines related to product specifications.

Qualifications

• A degree in Information Technology or any related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis in a software engineering projects
• Experience working in an Insurance industry
• Practices Agile methodology
• Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluent, Figma, draw.io etc.
