What You'll Do

• Support project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering software development projects
• Help organize Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project updates and documentation
• Assist in monitoring project performance, risks, and dependencies
• Contribute ideas to improve communication, workflows, and team efficiency

What You'll Need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Business, or related field
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban (or a strong willingness to learn)
• Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Notion, or Google Workspace)
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and growth-focused attitude
