We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Account Management / Business Development professional to own and grow client relationships from initial lead engagement through long-term partnership. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for prospects and clients, translating business needs into well-scoped solutions while managing the full sales cycle. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven proposals, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure smooth handoffs to delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at balancing relationship management with revenue growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond promptly to leads, qualify opportunities, understand client needs and challenges, and convert them into active engagements.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for prospects—from initial conversation to scoping, proposal creation, negotiation, and handoff to delivery teams.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Actively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client roadmaps, challenges, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Maintain regular communication and check-ins with clients to monitor account health, ensure alignment, and uncover new business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible, well-scoped, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Support the development of proposals, presentations, project scopes, pricing, and client-specific strategies.
  • Track and manage lead pipelines, sales activities, and account status using CRM tools and internal systems.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all interactions, requirements, decisions, and updates for both leads and existing accounts.
  • Achieve revenue targets, forecast account growth, and refine lead management processes.
  • Ensure smooth transitions of closed accounts into delivery, maintaining involvement as needed to uphold relationship quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, business development, client services, or a sales-related role, ideally in a digital agency or technology company.
  • Proven experience converting leads into qualified opportunities or closed engagements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, accounts, and conversations simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Client-first mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams.
