Reports and Dashboard Developer

We're looking for a Reports and Dashboard Developer who will develop business dashboards and reports that provide data-driven insights to help various bank units monitor key metrics, ensure compliance, support audits, and make informed decisions. This role also generates customer lists for marketing campaigns and service advisories to enhance profitability and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain regular and ad hoc dashboards, reports, and MIS to track KPIs across business, operations, and compliance
• Analyze and visualize data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
• Deliver accurate and timely reports for control, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Generate exception reports to monitor adherence to internal policies and external regulations
• Provide required data and reports during internal and external audits
• Produce customer lists for marketing campaigns, promotions, and service advisories
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve existing processes
• Ensure data accuracy and proactively resolve data quality issues

Qualifications:

• Experience in dashboard development, reporting, and data analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to support compliance reporting and audit requirements
• Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer segmentation
