About the job Change Analyst

As a Change Analyst, you will be responsible for driving successful transitions and transformations within the organization. You will lead end-to-end change management efforts, including impact analysis, planning, execution, and adoption. Your scope will cover organizational impact, cultural shifts, business processes, and training to ensure smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges.

  • Create clear and compelling communication materials to inform and engage stakeholders.

  • Ensure effective communication throughout the change lifecycle to drive adoption.

  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills for transitions.

  • Facilitate the execution of change initiatives, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

  • Monitor progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies for successful implementation.

  • Analyze data to measure change effectiveness and prepare reports for continuous improvement.

  • Foster a culture of adaptability, resilience, and innovation across the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with business goals.

  • Advocate for change management best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Experience in system implementation, change management, or business process transformation.

  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotters Change Model).

  • Knowledge of project management principles and experience in project-driven environments.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive change adoption.

  • High level of empathy and understanding of the human side of change.

  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage.
