About the job Business Development Associate
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development / Sales Associate to support the Business Development Department in driving growth and expanding our client base. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for business development. The Business Development Associate will play a key role in assisting with lead generation, client interactions, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Support lead generation efforts by conducting initial outreach, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and sales activity data.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Assist in follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships and support deal closure.
Conduct competitive and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company solutions.
Provide administrative support such as organizing sales documents and tracking key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong research and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with outbound sales techniques (e.g., cold outreach, sourcing leads) or a strong willingness to learn is an advantage but not required.
Basic understanding of software development processes, technologies, and industry trends is an advantage but not required.
Amenable to travel for business meetings, if needed.
