IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA, to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain business analysis documentation and reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve existing processes.
• Ensure compliance with business analysis best practices and standards.
• Provide support during the testing phase to ensure requirements are met.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business analysis methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• With background in Accounting or finance-related projects
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience with process modeling and improvement techniques.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
