Responsibilities
Source, screen, and hire IT professionals for various roles, including software developers, system administrators, QA engineers, and other tech-related positions.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through traditional and innovative recruitment strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job postings to onboarding successful candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical and cultural fit with client requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand the specific needs of clients and align recruiting strategies accordingly.
Ensure quick turnaround times to meet urgent client needs and maintain a high placement rate.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and technology to continuously improve recruitment practices.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an outsourcing or staffing agency.
Proven track record of hiring IT professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with technical roles and terminologies (e.g., software development, network engineering, etc.).
Experience with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
