About the job Business Development Executive
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team. You will be responsible for converting prospect clients into new customers and managing post-sales accounts. You will be working alongside the internal team drivers, as well as client key stakeholders to secure continuous revenue growth through a holistic customer experience.
Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients;
Grow accounts through extension and expansion opportunities;
Build, sustain and foster strong client relationships by conducting regular health checks;
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals;
Work with marketing and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met; and
Focus on consultative selling by understanding the clients’ needs and establishing a collaborative and customer-centric environment.
Skills
At least 2-4 years in a similar role or sales-related role
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
