About the job Scrum Master

We are seeking for a Scrum Master to establish and sustain Scrum practices in alignment with the Scrum Guide across teams and the organization. The role focuses on enabling team effectiveness through servant leadership, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration with Scrum Teams and Product Owners. The Scrum Master also plays a key role in fostering an Agile mindset and supporting organizational agility.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and enable Scrum Teams in applying Scrum framework practices, self-organization, cross-functional delivery, and adherence to Scrum principles.

  • Facilitate and enforce Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective), ensuring timebox compliance and achievement of intended outcomes.

  • Drive impediment identification, dependency management, and resolution to maintain continuous delivery flow and sprint commitments.

  • Ensure delivery of potentially shippable increments aligned with Product Goals, Definition of Done (DoD), and quality standards.

  • Partner with Product Owners on Product Backlog refinement, prioritization, Definition of Ready (DoR), and empirical product planning in complex environments.

  • Establish and maintain transparent communication channels and information radiators across Scrum Teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and support functions.

  • Support organizational Scrum adoption by planning and executing Agile/Scrum implementations, collaborating with Agile Coaches, and enabling enterprise transformation.

  • Monitor sprint execution, delivery metrics, team capacity, utilization, and performance, proactively addressing risks, bottlenecks, and delivery constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background – minimum qualification – Bachelor's Degree in any field.

  • Scrum Foundation or Scrum Master Certification is preferred but not required.

  • Experience in managing complex product development.

  • At least 3 years experience as Scrum Master is required.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment for at least 3 years.

  • Managing people with different skill sets for Agile delivery.

  • Working collaboratively with diverse business and IT teams.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in generating insight from Agile metrics.
