Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Project Management Intern who will support the planning and execution of key HR operations projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structuring ideas, managing timelines, analyzing data, and working cross-functionally with different teams.
You will gain hands-on exposure to strategic HR initiatives across recruitment, finance coordination, service delivery, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in strategizing, planning, and executing HR operations projects across recruitment, finance, and service delivery functions
- Support the end-to-end implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Recruitment, Finance, Operations, Leadership) to gather insights, align expectations, and collect feedback
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates and documentation
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to measure project effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making
- Identify process gaps and suggest efficiency improvements within HR workflows
- Ensure proper documentation and standardization of HR processes
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
